Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
Fusion Engineering supplies electrostatic precipitator components and supports inspection, testing, retrofit, and commissioning work. The product range covers collection and discharge electrodes, suspension and rapping assemblies, insulators, gas distribution equipment, hoppers, structures, and ESP electricals.
Electrodes and Collection Systems
- Discharge electrodes: Spiral, multi-peak strip, and barbed types, including single-density, double-density, and Isodyn profiles.
- Collecting electrodes: G and Opzel profiles, single- and double-baffle plates, and associated suspension frames and beams.
- Suspension and rapping: Emitting frames, hooks, shafts, arms, shock bars, guides, bearings, rapper coils, and drive assemblies.
Mechanical and Electrical Components
- Support, shaft, wall-bushing, pin, post, and FRP insulators, with heaters and thermostats
